Livestock Sizing and postage 

All livestock that are sold at a particular length or legspan are approximate sizes only and while we will endeavour to match the size listed, we cannot guarantee the exact size of the individual sent. Please allow for slight variance when purchasing please check for the tracking number in emails and spam folder on Tuesday night if you don’t receive it please email or message me and i will send it in a email or message as it is usually automatically sent once i download it into the system but occasionally it doesn’t go through we don’t post to WA, Tasmania or the NT. Terms and conditions

By purchasing through Southern Invertebrates, you acknowledge that you are over 18 and agree to the terms of service outlined below. Southern Invertebrates cannot be held liable for any injury or harm caused by any livestock purchased from our store. You are responsible for being aware of your State or Territory's laws and regulations regarding purchasing and keeping these invertebrates.

Shipping:
Postage is offered to Australian residents only. All livestock must be posted by express post only. Posting is done every Monday or Tuesday, excluding public holidays. To guarantee their safety, we do not ship live animals during bad weather conditions. We currently do not ship to WA, NT, or TAS.

Refunds:
Every effort is made to ensure safe travel for all livestock. However, in the event they arrive at your home deceased, we will happily replace or refund the purchase. We only offer a replacement or refund within 7 days of arrival.
This does not include the shipping cost of the order, and express postage must be paid to cover the replacement. We ask for photographic evidence that the animal was deceased on arrival.
Should no replacement be available, we may offer a substitute of comparable value if you prefer.
